    Santa finally brought me a real Sous Vide machine instead of my eBIAB rig. Wow... so easy to cook in this... just vac seal whatever and cook away then sear it... Lamb rack came out so perfect!!

    Keezer not holding temps like before...

    Not sure what is going on. I used the crude set method with the internal temp controller to dial in the temps on my keezer. Has been working fine and staying at 38 Degrees for couple years. I looked at it the other day and it was at 46?? seems to be running ok, not hot etc... just not sure what...

    Ice buildup inside Keezer

    I just noticed my keezer has a build up on ice , maybe 5 in wide or so,mostly on the side away from the fans. I have a dehumidifier in there and its getting some moisture but not enough apparently... not sure how to solve this.... maybe another fan inside blowing across it instead of the two...
