    Lallemand WildBrew Sour Pitch

    I just stumbled upon this page on Lallemand's site. Dry lacto! Seems quite awesome if it works. Instructions call for souring at fairly warm temps (86-104F). Wonder how it'll compare to the Omega lacto offering which states a temp rage of 75-95F.

    Kettle sour, 3.2 pH after 24 hours but not sour??

    How much to dry hop saison?
