    Kegging / Conditioning question

Greetings, So my journey is near completion to my first time kegging beer! Thanks to those of you who have helped with fermentation troubles along the way. My question today revolves around conditioning of the beer. Typically when I would bottle, I would do two weeks for the sugar priming, and...

    FERMENTATION HELP

Greetings, To start with, I have two batches fermenting, one a 6 Gallon coffee porter and one a 5 gallon gluten free sorgum based IPA. Starting gravities were 1.063 and 1.069, respectively. Both beers have been in the same environment, in the basement. Temperature fluctuates between 59-68...

    First time kegerator setup question

Hi, So I'm test firing my kegerator before the brew is done to make sure all my ducks are in a row. I have two 5 gal kegs filled with sanitizer, to double as line cleaning. I'm using a 5lb CO2 canister, which is also located inside the keezer. I made all the connections, tested the connectors...

Hi, I received my shanks today and threaded on a tap to see how it fit. I noticed 2-3 threads of the Perlicks still exposed. Anyone know if this is going to cause an issue? I have not begun building my Keezer yet, still ordering the parts, and it will be some time after that till i have beer...

Ive checked my local craigslist, local dealers, and online sites. There was one good deal semi local for 45 bucks a used keg, but it doesnt appear to be working out. Online they want 60-70 for reconditioned or used, local stores want 69 for pin lock. Found these. Seems too good to be true...

    Keezer question

Hi, So I've been going back and forth between keezer style or kegerator style. From what I've seen, keezers seem to be the overall better choice; better layouts, easier to setup ( no messing with electronics, collar to not drill into unit, possibly damaging coils ). Anyone have anything to...
