Andei pesquisando e encontrei o M27 e o T58 que pela descrição parecem ser boas opções. O que recomendam? Sei que líquidos são mais adequados, mas ainda estou limitado a fermento seco.
O açúcar vou utilizar açúcar mascavo, não queria tentar produzir candy sugar agora.
