    Air lock movement in fruit beer. (Secondary)

    I racked on top of 5lbs of mango a week ago and still have movement in the air lock. Should I ignore this or wait till the movement has stopped? I assume this has started the Fermentation process again. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew and I don't care for the new format so much.

    I am making a brown ale and my FG stopped at 1.026. It fermed for 2.5 weeks but never got down to 1.016 where it should be. So two days ago I repitched the WLP002. I haven't seen much action in the airlock. how long should wait before I go ahead and call it? My ABV will be 4.9 it smells...

    I don't know if I should trust this.

    I opened the ferm and this what I saw. I had an issue early in ferm and had to make a blowoff tube due to it was going crazy. It'sa makin me nervous. I don't want my friends to have the runs on Monday after we drink this dunkel.

    How cool before I can move to ferm bucket?

    I have a keggle and it is my first time using it and want to know at what temp can I move to my primary (bucket)then top up. I have noticed the bottom of the pot holds a good amount of heat and just want to get it out ASAP so I can add cold water get it to 70 and pitch. Thanks, MB

    Need help on keeping a keg out of fridge.

    Primary to secondary move.

    I am looking at the directions and it says to check gravity. I checked it and it is showing 1.01 and that should be my FG. Should I transfer? It says to move if it is 3-4 points away from FG. Please advise. Carboy waiting on counter.
