My first Brew(Famous Amos) was a little green about two weeks ago. Then I let it age about 2 more weeks and it was great (IMO). Also popped a moose knuckle tonight and it was so delicious. Was afraid it was going to be too strong due to not topping up enough. super pleased with results. I think the flavor is spot on. .75 more water and it would not be as good. Prefect example that you should NEVER TOSS A BATCH!!! Now I just have to wait a few more weeks and I feel that I can sample this bulls milk stout.
