Well Maple season is just about to start, and I think im going to attempt to make some sort of cider/ale. I plan evaporating 20 gal of sap down to 5 gal and put my cider yeast maybe a little cinnamon or fresh apples. Has anyone tried doing this.it may have a good kick since the sugar will be high.

Ok I have the itch and want to brew some more. I was wondering at what temp can I store my beer so it stops getting carbonated, im hoping to store a few batches in my ceiler
So i just added my fermentables to my boil and the instructions said after 45 min add flavoring hops, well it's been 25 min get back to a boil , should I reset the timer for another 45min?
I'm sampling my home brew right now it's been carbination for a little over a week its there's no real pumpkins taste it's more of a amber beer but its nice and smooth easy drinking
