I just keged my first beer yesterday and set the pressure to 16 psi as I want a volume of co2 at 3.0 and set the keg and co2 tank in my chest freezer set at 37 deg. now 24 hours later the keg and tank are at 37 deg and my guage reads 12 psi is this due to the cold? if so should I leave it or...

I use WB-06 for my Hefe and ferment at 72D, Has an nice banana flavor but not to much. It finishes out at about 10 days at 1.007 and has alot of yeast floating, I just rock my caraboy a little and it falls.
