I just wanted to share my best Hefe I ever made, I have tried WLP-300, 3060 and a few others at different temps and they were good but not what I was looking for. I found the perfect Hefe for me at a brewery in Henderson NV named Barlies and met the brew master named Bubby, I asked what yeast he uses and said WB-06. I told him I like the banana flavor and he said 74 deg. was the best temp.with a 50/50 grain bill, I use a 50/50 wheat and phils and it came out perfect.
