I mixed a 7 gallon batch of Starsan to do Passivation to my fermentor, my question is can I transfer it to my kegs and store it there for an extended period of time? weeks, months?

The short answer is yes. But maybe no.

What water did you use?

As long as you can check the pH and it's in range use it years from now.

I always buy distilled water and make 2 gallons of starsan, and toss it every 4 months or so JUST to be safe.

Use distilled water and it keeps a long time. Never kept any I mixed with tap water, but that doesn't happen often. It gets cloudy and I don't like that

Star san is pretty cheap for how much you use. When in doubt, start fresh.
