This one is a sipper. I've had buttered popcorn, salame, and cigarettes to compete with the flavor and it's still overpowering, not in a bad way. Tastes like a 20% liquor. Bock is what I asked for and imperial bourbon aged bock is what I got.

Another. This PA didn't turn out that bad, but there's an unpleasant bitterness there somewhere on the first sip. Need to tweak the recipe.

I had a keg of winter ale that's been sitting around that I was less than crazy about. I added some apple pie spice as a last ditch to save it and I actually like it now. Gonna have 3 or 4 more of these to make sure.
