    You should be able to get at least twice as many as you plan to want if you are digging them out of the ground from an abandoned hop farm. So ... Plant a bunch now and put a bunch in the fridge. If the ones you plant now grow - ditch the extras .. give away the extras... plant the extra...

    Fill bottle 3/4 Squeeze bottle until liquid is just running out (no air in there now) put carbonator cap on attach gas - bottle will "pop" back into shape. Proceed with shake method No oxidizing as there is no o2 in there now

    Aerate with a paint stirrer?

    I use a three pronged wine degasser. When i turn on the water for chilling i run it SLOWLY and this helps cut down the cooling time a lot. Then when down to pitching temps i "Give 'er" at full speed for 35-45 seconds.

    @msa8967 Don't think "water bath" as that's an entirely different method of canning for high acid foods. Your pressure canner's instructions should indicate the amount of water to add for proper canning operation
