    Bought a freezer,need help deciding how to set it up.

    Ferment temp fluctuations.

    Recently i started a five gallon batch of cider,and the room i have it in is varying in temperature.The cider is going from about 71 in the day,to about 67 at night.I used nottingham.Will this affect the quality at all?

    My electric brewery is functional!

    I'm not done yet but i am brewing tonight!.It's nothing compared to some crazy stuff I've seen here but it works and allowed me to move out of the kitchen to a dedicated room. I used two 120v 2k watt elements just on switches,hooked to a spare 30 amp 240v dryer circuit that was not used.
