    Hey brew crew, I'm attempting an IPA clone recipe, and naturally want to follow it to the letter. The yeast required is ""2 x M/J M54 West Coast Ale Yeast". I found "American West Coast Yeast". Is this the same thing?

    Urgent response needed - sanitisation

    Morning all. Just added hops in the middle of a 10-day fermentation. Stupidly, my thumb touched the underside of the fermenter’s lid. Do I need to sanitise the lid? Worried about exposure to oxygen. I’ve been sanitising bottles this morning so my hands were pretty clean, but....?
