    "Lager" grain bill

    Im just looking for input on the following grain bill I'm planning for my next brew. 8lbs 2 row 2lbs Vienna 1/2lb carapils 60 minute mash at 153. I also have 1lb of melanoidin but im not sure it its necessary...hoping for a somewhat malty europeanish lager...thoughts?

    Dextrose in primary

    So i tried my hand at an ipa today and undershot my fg by 10 points, my guess is i didnt boil off enough. I added dextrose to my fermenter to make up those 10 points, will that cause an issue? Should i have waited for initial fermentation to slow down? I think i need to RDWHAHB haha

    Hop addition suggestions.

    Hey all, im going to be brewing a 5 gallon batch tomorrow, 10lbs pale, .75lb crystal30, i also have 3/4lb or caramunich i may or may no use. I have 3 oz chinook and 2 oz amarillo on hand.     Final batch size/abv.

    So I just racked my first all grain brew to my bottling bucket and I found that my final volume was about 1.5 gallons less than expected. This might cause the abv.     First brew ingredients

    So I just picked up some ingredients for my first brew. 10lbs pale 2 row, 2lbs carapils, 3/4lbs crystal 60, and some cluster Hops as well as east Kent goldings. Just kinda modified a recipe I found based on what was available. Would this work out well? Anything to take out of there?

    Cap popped off secondary, will my beer be ok??

    I recently racked to my secondary and put it into my lagering fridge and the other day I went down and noticed the bung was no longer on my carboy. May have been that way for several days. Is the beer going to be ok?

    fermenting lager in 5 gal. carboy

    hi everybody, im about to start a Brewhouse lager kit and i want do it in the mini fridge but i only have a 5 allon carboy. could i add less water to the wort for primary fermentation to allow for more headspace then add the rest of the water at start of secondary?
