Just wondering if I need to defrost some whole hops I bought before I add them to my secondary. I have 1/2lb to add of simcoe.

I tried this beer last night at the release and it was great got to meet the brewer and he said stay away from anything roasted and the coffee is added late.

So I finished up mt IPA an let it bottle condition for 2 weeks and when I opened a couple of them i found it doesn't have enough carbonation. I primed my 5 gal with 2/3 cup of priming sugar. Is there anything i can do now or just let it be?

Just about done fermenting my current batch of double IPA. I dry hopped with 3+ ounces and I have a friend who wants to used yeast and hops. What's the best way to go for saving the used hops and sediment.

Hey all,
Made an all grain and watered it down a bit to much and my OG is at 1.035. I want to make it a bit higher. It's been sitting for about 8 days now. can I take some beer from the primary heat it up, add the DME cool down and put back into the fermenter?
