    Hi all, switched over my pin locks to ball locks.. had to add a 2nd o ring to the dip tubes. have you ever had to do that??? wondering what I have wrong???? thanks in advance. Baloo

    Can you leave beer in the fermenter too long?

    Life tends to get in the way and my fermentation schedule seems to suffer. Does it matter much if I ferment for 4 to 6 weeks in place of 2? Thanks, I am thinking it should not matter much as long as fermentation kicked off well. But looking for the opinion of wiser ones here.

    Question on Ball lock fittings

    I have always used pin lock kegs.. but a friend gave me keg (with beer) and it was a ball lock style. So, I bought some Jansamn ball lock keg fittings.. I thought they were universal.. but I cannot seem to get them to connect. I push down, and they do not click in. Any advice??
