    Coffee stout advice

    Swamp cooler pics.

    It's been hot. Very hot on the easy coast here figured I'd do a tribute to one of the worst times to brew as far as getting those temps Down..Post them if you got them the good ol swamp cooler.

    High fermentation

    Ok so I had an ipa fermenting on day 4. Slow and steady fermentation 3 inch krausen temp at 60 on the glass ..65 fluid. I woke up yesterday to a angry batch of beer. I'm talking a machine gun co2 blitz through my blowoff. Was pretty warm temp I'm sure in the 70's I had to go to work. Came home...

    Need name ideas!

    Hello. Brewed a cream ale, decided to make it my summer beer and used 6 limes, the juice and the zest. Anyhoo its fermenting and I was curious I need a name. Realized earlier that lime beer which ive been calling it sounds dull. I need a catchy name. So any ideas would be cool. Cheers.

    Brewing my first clone this weekend!

    Going to attempt a Ruination clone and über excited. Never brewed a clone before and a bit nervous. I took a look at a recipe on here and on another site and sort of tweaked it due to the reviews on both. People thought og was low or bittering was not enough so thats why i frigged with it...

    Lactose and fg.

    Made a 5 gallon batch of stout and added 1lbs of lactose. Fg is a bit high around 1.026. I brewed a batch without and fg was 1.016. Would lactose raise it that much? Or do I have a stuck fermentation.

    Has anyone brewed with pineapple?

    Im going to brew an ipa and I've been eager to use pineapple. Question is if anyone has brewed with it and and the results people have had. I want a citrus pineapple flavor. It will be hop heavy but I want a pineapple kick. Any help would be appreciated.

    S you can tell I'm he'll bent in trying zombie dust. I'll even pay for your shipping lol. So one dogfish head 75 min IPA for a sixer. Anyone cool with that.

    All citra ipa hop scheduel

    Just a strong IPA recipe 1oz citra 60min 1 oz citra 15 min 1 oz citra 10 min 1 oz citra 5 min 1 oz citra flame out 1 ounce whole leaf dry hop 7 days. Any changes or should this Scheduel be ok.

    Adding lactose

    When do you add lactose during brewing. Begining of boil or towards the end?? This is for a recipe I made for my stout.

    Came across a dozen DFH 120s

    Saw this at a local meat market that sells a good selection. I bought one to try. Was about 8.50 a bottle. They had about 12 of them. If anyone has a sixer of zombie dust or Pliny I'd be willing to pick up a few extra to trade. Can't wait to try the 120 never had it before.
