I'm still on my first batch in a Fastferment Conical and what I saw was similar early on, and now after 10 days the top is dark and the collection ball has what appears to be all of the trub settled into...
I have about 25 ounces left of my last batch. Need to start another.
It stuck at 1.020 so I bottled it sweet and flat. Fermentation restarted in the bottle (of course) so it's VERY fizzy.
I returned about a gallon to a small fermenter and after it stopped aged half in oak.
WOW!
I've got too many bottles - kegging is taking over, so I need to pare down the space a bit. I had 60+ of the green and I think gifting and breakage have it down below 50 now.
Free for pick-up, probably not worth shipping but I'd do it if someone wants to pay for it.
