I know this is really late for your brew - I trust you've already worked out your answer.
I'm still on my first batch in a Fastferment Conical and what I saw was similar early on, and now after 10 days the top is dark and the collection ball has what appears to be all of the trub settled into it.
I'd say that it takes time to all settle out and fall down to the jar.
@msabin Yeah it depends on the yeast, trub and hops that make it in there. I think this picture was one of my first batches. Since they I have have the cone clog where the yeast and trub is compacted so much that when I change the collection ball it doesn't drop out anymore. Other yeast will cling to the sides in some spots and seems to never drop fully. I'm still happy with the FastFerment, but I wish the cone had a larger dimension like double in diameter.
