I know this is really late for your brew - I trust you've already worked out your answer. I'm still on my first batch in a Fastferment Conical and what I saw was similar early on, and now after 10 days the top is dark and the collection ball has what appears to be all of the trub settled into...

I have about 25 ounces left of my last batch. Need to start another. It stuck at 1.020 so I bottled it sweet and flat. Fermentation restarted in the bottle (of course) so it's VERY fizzy. I returned about a gallon to a small fermenter and after it stopped aged half in oak. WOW!

I've got too many bottles - kegging is taking over, so I need to pare down the space a bit. I had 60+ of the green and I think gifting and breakage have it down below 50 now. Free for pick-up, probably not worth shipping but I'd do it if someone wants to pay for it. I'm in Boise.

My CO2 supply does cylinder exchange. I bought the smallest size they work with - 10lbs. $16.75 to swap for a full one. They used to give me any old cylinder, some pretty grungy, until I brought in a some homebrew for their shop picnic one summer. Now I always get the shiny ones! 10 lbs lasts...

I use a 20oz paintball tank and can carb/deliver 3 5 gallon kegs (maybe 4) between 3$ refills.

I make about 60 oz of extract and store it in the fridge for as long as 4 weeks. I think once I drank it slower and a bit of mold cropped up after 6 weeks (threw out the bottle rather than try to get it clean again)
