Simple "Belgian" recipe to try out 2 different yeast strains and use up a sample bag of hops. All comments and feedback are appreciated. (Updated)
5 Gallons
OG Est 1.070
FG Est 1.002
28 IBUS
● 10lb 2 Row
● 2lb White Wheat
● 0.50lb Victory
Mash @ 148° F
● 0.25oz Jarrylo (16aa) @ 60
● 0.50oz Jarrylo (16aa) @ 10
● 0.25oz Jarrylo (16aa) @ 5
● 1oz Jarrylo (16aa) - Dry Hop - Split Between Batches
2.5 gallons - Danstar Bell Saison - Ferment @ 66° F for 10 Days
2.5 gallons - Safbrew Abbaye BE-256 - Ferment @ 66° F for 10 Days
Bottle condition 14 days.
