I'm just wondering and thought I'd ask the experts Does this look like healthy fermentation for day 4

Looks cloudy with yeast (which is good) and a bit of bubbles/foam on the top? Looks good.

What temp are you fermenting at? What yeast? Did you add nutrient?
 
It's sitting at room temperature of 67f and I used an ale yeast I had left in the fridge and no nutrient just the juice with a little added sugar
