Funny (to me) story....

Went to New Orleans for my honeymoon a couple years after Katrina hit. Caught a ride with a very Cajun cabbie back to the hotel after getting hammered on Bourbon. My new bride told me the next day that she couldn't understand a single word either of us said but we may as well have been best friends because we had quite the conversation. All I remember is that he and his family had stayed during the storm.

These days, if I read something on here that I don't understand, it's read in a Cajun accent

That's a haul from where I am but then again I'm closer to Canada than any other state and it takes a minimum 5 hours to get out of Michigan
