Pessoal montei um keezer de 199 litros cambem 4 postmix, atualmente estou com 2, tenho um controlador de temperatura stc, eu seto para ficar em 0 graus com um range de 0,5 graus, esse freezer tem uma grade q da para chamar de andar de cima, eu coloco minha garrafa de agua de 1 litro la e o sensor dentro dela na parte superior, quando vou servir, minha cerveja dai a uns 7 graus, tem alguma maneira de aferir a temperatura do postmix mais eficiente?

Fairly standard, do you have fans in the keezer? They help to keep temperature even.
Condensation absorbing crystals also help.

@day_trippr has a nice keezer setup, mk 3 now I think.
One fan at the bottom and another at the top is the usual format.
