started a ferm chamber the other day out of an old dresser, just about finished. built up an stc-1000 to power it. just need to add the heating aspect and some stain on the back shelf and we are good to go.

i dont have the recipes hashed out yet, but the plan is do make a "family" brew. my ancestry hails from Hungry and Belgium by all accounts... trad Hungarian beer was a Vienna Lager the Belgium half is from the Liege area, not real sure about the styles of beer, but would assume is similar...
