    BrewKeg10 WilliamsWarn

Anyone use one of these? Haven't really found squat for info/reviews. Saw more beer had a special pricing which I missed but haven't found much. Like's dislikes? I'd intend to use in my all grain brewing vs williamswarn extract kits. Thanks.

    Lactic Acid

Anyone know if there is a potential to infect your brew house when using 88% Lactic Acid? Link below. Does it contain enough Lactobacillus to become a contaminate? Thinking about putting in a semi "gose" to add additianal sourness but its going to be served in friends brew pub. Not sure how he'd...

    BJCP Comp Question

If I were to enter an american brown ale with toasted oatmeal, do I have to put that information on the entry forms? As it is not a usual ingredient in such beers? Also, would it be disqualified, because it does have oatmeal in it? Thanks.

    Beer-Bot 2000 Mobile Kegorator

I needed to have a way to keep my beer cold for a brewfest tomorrow, so I got a little creative. It's a 10 dollar trash can from HD. Enough room for a little ice to keep my corny cold. The plumbing is a little tight up top and I had to make a small notch in the lid for the co2. In a pinch, I...

Massachusetts Western Mass Keggles For Sale

I have three keggles for sale. All three have been opened up on top and two have weld less ball valves installed. $100 each for the ball valve keggles, $90 for the non-ball valve. Or $280 takes em all! These are retired micro/nano brew kegs. Not the college keg left-overs:cross: Shoot me a PM if...

    Going price for a keggle.

I have three Keggles. All three have been opened up on top and and two have weldless ball valves installed. Since I just bought me Brew-Magic, I have no need for these, and wondering what the going rate is. I was going to sell em for 100-120 a piece or 300 for all three. Is that sound about right?

    Safbrew T-58

Brewed a Belgain IPA few weeks ago and just xfer'd to my keg. It would appear I got 91% attenuation. OG 1056 FG1006. Is that normal for T-58? I don't think I have seen that high of attenuation for any yeast I have ever used. Liquid, Dry, starter or not.

    Saturday Snow Storm in MASS.

I am soooo glad I took the day of Friday to brew. Spent 8 hours shoveling and snow blowing mine and my neighbors driveways out. But I did clear out enough room for another little brew day tomorrow :ban:

    Gravity Tir System Question

Ok, I am thinking about a tier system setup. Typically I see the lower tier the brewing kettle, how are you getting your wort to your primary? Or is it technically a 4 tier system, the 4th being your primary?

    Biab foam up

Have many gallons of brew under my belt, but new too BIAB. Doing my second 3 gallon batch, I waited for the hot break to settle then got side tracked and didnt watch my boil. Because of the small volumn of wort in my kettle, it must have come to a raging boil because, from the look of the side...

    Yet again, another sparge question.

OK, mash water to grain ratio 1/1.25 or so. You get your first runnings. Now the sparge water should be the amount to get your boil volumn up to what you need correct? Does it matter at this point what the grain/water ratio is? If I have a grain bill of approx 10-11 lbs and mash with 13qt's and...
