    What are you drinking now?

Almost 10 years old. Was completely shocked. Taste slightly reminiscent of Sam Adams Utopias. Minus a little of the sherry taste. Now officially the oldest beer I have drank.

I have made a few batches of mead in the past because as a new beer homebrewer I figured hell it's the same equipment, why not? However I am now wanting to take my mead making seriously. In my ealier batches I used fresh fruit to accent my product. (With decent results) I have (4) 1 gallon...

    Coffee infusion question?

Plan on brewing a imperial stout or porter from an ingredient kit. Want it to be espresso infused. What's the best (preferred) method for doing such. Step by step advice if possible. (This is what I would do...) Soak wood chips or spiral in cold brew. Then add chips to brew during secondary.

    Tincture Recipe Help

Yes, something in the vein of Great Lakes "Christmas Ale" and the many other variations. Which spices are suggested and when do I add during the boil? I have only done kits thus far and followed them to the letter with great success. Which would now bring us to the point of where I need...
