    Pitch temp 29 Celsius? Implications?

    Pitched 1 vial of white labs irish ale! 23l OG 1.047. Was measuring wort temp. Checked again there and fermenter is bubbling away. Seems to be working anyway. Is it that my high pitch temp may affect the end product?

    Challenger Hops and English IPA Help

    Hi, I brewed a batch using: 1 can coopers IPA 1 can LME 500g dextrose 500g demmera sugar Challenger hops; 50g@ 45mins, 25g @ 15mins and 25g dry hopped at 10 days. Fermented @ 21C for 2 weeks. Just pulled a bottle and fired into the fridge after 2 weeks in warm. Very nice flavour, serious...
