    Frozen Fermenter

    Just when I thought my processes were going well.... The Ranco temp controller for my fermentation chamber (converted freezer) broke and the temp dropped to 5F and turned my pumpkin ale into a beercicle . I pulled it out and defrosted it and watched it suck a lot of air (and a little vodka)...

    quick beer

    So now that I am brewing some drinkable beer (yay me !!:ban::ban:), I am finding that between myself and my neighbors , I am having a hard time keeping beer on tap. Can someone recommend a basic all grain that I can keg and carb quickly without it tasting "rushed". Any input is appreciated
