not much is happening during fermentation. After one day of fermenting nothing notable occurred no real bubbling activity. Finally small time bubbling happened but lasted a short time. Does this mean my beer is likely ruined ?
I want to make pizza. Will I have success if I use belle saison or safale us 5 as my yeast for a dough?

Had it In fridge after two weeks of carbonation. Not really that carbonated. Can I expect my beer to get more carbonated if i take out of fridge and let sit for two weeks. ? Or is the yeast dead

While boiling my wort, I noticed a film on the surface of my wort. It looks just like that film which developes when boiled milk cools off. Any idea what that is?

I'm making one gallon of California common beer. I will be using the recommended safale us 05 yeast. I do not know how much yeast to use. Can some one give me a specific amount? I have an 11.5 gram bag. As I type this I am 20 minutes into the boil. Thanks in advance
How long does sanitizer solution last? I used it to place the butt end of the blow off tube during fermentation. Can I now use it to sanitize co2 lock?
When moving the wort from the fermentation jug to another pot, I am adding starter sugar. Do I need to stir that sugar up in the wort before I put in the bottles? I heard you don't want much movement as it will oxidize the mixture.

How many times can one use a gallon of liquid sanitizer ? I used it to sterilize tubing , thermometer , funnel , hands , carboy. Now it's being used at the end of my blowoff tube while beer ferments. Can I now use it to sterilize airlock?
We are brewing an ipa. By the time we get to the fermenting stage we will be on vacation for a week and our apartment will be hot...over 80 degrees. Will we be able to ferment in the refrigerator during fermenting process ?
