    Just bought 3 kegs

    250 for 3 kegs, 2 with tops cut and 2 1/2" npt welds and one regular. Can't wait to start all grain. Converting an old Kenmore stainless mega grill into a brew stand. Time to research fittings and pumps and burners and getting the valve off the 3rd keg. Can't wait!!!!

    Replacing Nugget with Centennial

    My first recipe adjustment. I want to swap bittering hops to gain the citrus and drop the spice. If I switch the Nugget as a flame out hops could I get the spice aroma and then surprise with a citrus flavor or is this a bad move?

    Sanitize caps?

    Bottling my first beer next weekend and I don't know if you sanitize caps. Everything else gets sanitized, but I wondered if it would damage the oxygen absorbing stuff on the cap. Or get sanitizer stuck on it.
