I am in the experimental stretch of brewing beer. Thinking of doing a Bananas Foster inspired brew. Putting wheat in the mash to cream it up and add brown sugar late in boil. Vanilla beans and dark rum in secondary. Use a wheat yeast to add to the banana flavor.

After 5+ years of brewing beer I did my first batch of cider last weekend.
I used 2 varieties of juice totaling 5 gallons and added 10 fresh blended apples. I pitched Wyeast cider blend and yeast nutrient. Fermenting it at around 60 for a nice even fermentation.
I am thinking of breaking it...
