Same here. I have a home-made IC that has almost as much sticking out of the kettle as in. My wort cools super quickly. I don't know what it will do in the summer though.

This is what the folks at LD Carlson say.
"We recommend making a fresh batch each time. Though it is inconvenient, it starts losing its potency after a few days even in a tightly sealed container."
I'm new to this brewing and fermenting stuff and have a beginner question. After mixing up a batch of Easy Clean, how long can I store it and expect it to be effective?
