So if I understand correctly my recipe is not a British brown ale, even if I remove the brown malt ?
What would you think of this grain bill ?:
Maris-otter: 70%
Biscuit: 17.5%
Caramunich type 2: 10%
Chocolate: 2.5%
I'm looking for an easy to drink, low alcohol, low bitterness kind of brown...
