Hi guys,

I'm about to brew this recipe, I just wanted to know what you think about it ?
I'm trying to have a nice mouthfeel with the oats, have a nice APA with low bitterness and fruity flavor.

Ingredients/recipe look fine.
Your 33 liters of water for an 11.5 liter batch must be an error, based on a 21 liter batch, perhaps?

Your water is a pricey ingredient? Anything special about it?
In similar light, I would harvest yeast and repitch from that. 6 EU for a pouch of US-05 is darn steep.

Adding any minerals, like gypsum and CaCl2?

Aerate when pitching yeast.
Don't use a secondary.
Prevent oxygen (air) exposure (and oxidation) during the rest of the process.
