    I’ve read that it’s not good to share space between your Kombucha fermentation vessel and your beer fermentation, but what about sharing space with commercially bought, unopened beer? I have several bottles sharing a cabinet with a gallon of fermenting Kombucha .... Thanks.

    Looking for tea recommendations.

    I’m new to this, but my research implies organic is best. There’s more on “teas to avoid” rather than which type of black tea is best. Avoid earl grey and teas that contain additional oils or flavoring.

    First batch

    I’m new to the world of booch. Mine is 14 days into its first ferment and I’ll prob taste test it this weekend. The Scoby looks like it could use a lil more time to form. It’s been a cooler than usual winter in Florida this year so my temps have been between 68-74... I think my scoby looks ok...
