I’ve read that it’s not good to share space between your Kombucha fermentation vessel and your beer fermentation, but what about sharing space with commercially bought, unopened beer?

I have several bottles sharing a cabinet with a gallon of fermenting Kombucha ....

Thanks.

Unless you have poor sanitation, there should be no problem with sharing brewing space between beer and kombucha.

Main issue would be contaminating the beer with the Kombucha bacteria.

Sealed beer will not have any issues.

Very good to know. Thanks for the reply!
