I made a triple from jamils BCS that I am really enjoying. I scaled it down to 2.5 gal.
2oz aromatic steeped
4 lbs. pilsner DME
1 lbs. table sugar (made into thick syrup and added after the krausen peaked)
1oz tettnang @60 min
0.5oz Czech Saaz @15 Kim
Pitched wyeast 3787 (1L starter)
OG= 1.081 FG= 1.012
Primary for about 1 month.
It's been in the bottles for about 2 months now and just keeps getting better
