How would you go about making an ultra floral IPA?
I'm looking for as little as possible interference from citrus, tropical and earthy notes..

Which hop(s) would you use? And what schedule?

I tried to make the most floral pale ale I could last year, and settled on Ahtanum for flavor and aroma hops. It's got a great bouquet.

Random choices that may or may not go well together, but i think cascade and hallertau would be good for floralness.
