    Afew pounds of frozen fruit! What do i do?!

    I got sent a few pounds of frozen fruit. Variouse Beeries, cherries and mixed up! I have no use for them to cook can i brew a cider? How do i go about it? I never used fresh frozen fruit.

    Forgot a bucket of wine for 9 months, Does it need to be stabilized and cleared?

    Apple wine storage time and ageing.

    I fermented some apple wine at about 14 % for 1 year. Bottled it 3 months ago. Just wondering how long this will keep and how longs should I age for. I was considering bottle ageing for 1 more year. That would mean 2 years all together, Is this to long?

    Disappointed with using honey in beer.

    I have made 2 beers with honey and 6 with brown sugar, It turns out every time I use honey I find it more dry and sour when the brown sugar, Almost tastes like an IPA when i'm making light beer. Anyone else have this issue? I think ill be sticking to light brown ( cane sugar ) from now on.
