    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

I actually used safbrew WB-06. My lhbs was out of the liquid yeast for a wheat beer. They recommended the yeast that I used. Hopefully it'll be good. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Fruit Beer Lemon-Lime Hefe Weizen

Just bottled this today. 1.058 OG 1.006 FG. Didn't zest limes and used safale s-06 fermented for 3 weeks. Very good aroma. Hydro sample seemed a little bitter. Is this normal for the abv. Seems a little high for a lawn mower. Can't wait to drink it. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

I'm in Jacksonville Florida. I'll check with the lhbs about it. I just thought I would get an opinion from someone that has a lot more experience than me. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

How does temperature change affect fermentation?

Well after moving my amber ale inside and getting the temp up I took a gravity reading and it's at 1.024 it only been 17 days. Just wandering if it will get down closer to the target of 1.013 with more time. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

How does temperature change affect fermentation?

Once I've moved inside to a bit warmer temp will it be able to ferment out? Or have I lost the batch. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

How does temperature change affect fermentation?

I just finished my 4th ag batch and when I pitched the yeast it was around 70 degrees and the airlock was very active. Now 2 days later it's in the 40's and everything has slowed way down. Do I have anything to worry about? Btw it's a amber ale with safale s-04 thanks Sent from my iPhone...

Ok thanks. I was under the assumption that I needed to transfer it so it would clear up.
