    I recently upgraded from stovetop allgrian to outdoor allgrain. I have a 15gallon blichmann kettle and burner, a 10 gallon mashtun and a pump. What other items do I need to make my day more efficient? Do I need another burner to heat up sparge water?

    If I have a keg but not any place to keep it cold, can I condition in the leg and then fill growlers to refrigerate.

    mold in carboy

    I am brewing tomorrow and went to start to get my equipment ready and see that there are some mold spots in my carboy. I currently have pbw in the carboy and will let it sit for a while and then will sanitize. Do you think that's enough or is the carboy a lost cause?
