That the Robobrew, grainfather, and mash and boil are just converted coffee urns with cheap Chinese circuits.

I have a Robobrew and find no difference whatsoever in sprinkling sparge, dumping a couple gallons at a time, using hot, or cold water, or sparging with 2 or 4 gallons!

1800 watt dimmer switch, lol! Get the inkbird, it's a great product, and can double as the controller for a fermentation chamber.

I went with the V3 robobrew to go smaller so I can brew more often, in the house. If I knew then what I know now I would never have bought the overpriced coffee urn, let alone its bigger brother! Mine works great but I could have built something far superior for less money.

I've just brewed with 3 year old 2-row in an unsealed bag that was rolled up, in my furnace room. Smells just like day 1, crushed great hit my numbers .
