I recently moved to Wisconsin from Southeast Asia, and I'm having great fun with these sub-100 degree temperatures. I've made three batches of mead to date, and I love doing it. In particular, I'm keen on flavoring mead with herbs and flowers--rosemary, hops, heather, etc. I also love everything barley-related (barley tea, beer, whiskey); soon, with the guidance of this forum, I'll try making beer.
