Hello fellow winemakers. Have any of you uncorked six month old or 1 to 2-year-old vintage homebrewed wine and after you receive the feedback from friends decided to blend the different wines to see if you could get A better version of wine?
Has anyone back sweetened after than quarter bottle and realize it is still too dry in taste?
Any reason I shouldn't do either of these?
I have at least seven different bottles right now that I am thinking about blending and wanted to hear some feedback if anyone else is done this with success.
