So I bought some ingredients from my local HBS and there is this small white power in a bad labeled "Amy" who knows what this is? I can't figure it out. First time not making Mead.
 
Amy was on Intervention last week, apparently she lost her 10 sac...

Sounds like it is Amylase enzyme, unless it makes your gums numb...
 
Yea it's Amylase enzyme. Mix in a little warm water and pour into your wort early on during the mash. It helps break out your sugars.
