What's growing here and how do I remedy it?

White grape peach strawberry. Stabilized a week ago backsweetened 2 days ago. Has this brown stuff growing on top today. What do I do??

It is difficult to see with that image quality. Can you make a better one?
 
Hard to get a good picture in the blue carboy. It's brown like the top layer you can get in an initial fermentation.

Sorry i really can't see enough to give you an answer. It could be fungus or trub from the bottom of the fermenter. Does it look slimy?
 
could it be you didn't kill all the yeast and it ate the sugar you back sweetened with and had another small fermentation
 
Looks like healthy fermentation to me. I think brewskiez mentioned it and it could be the sugar from the fruit that got the yeast going on. Wait it out for another couple of days, it should be fine...
