Supposed to be a mix of American and Saison yeasts.

I suspect the American yeast is 1056, or some other neutral yeast.

Anyone have any idea what the Saison yeast might be?

Anyone have any idea why they use 2 yeasts, and not just the saison?

I know the guys there. I could stop by there and find out for ya. I get hops from them sometimes.

Great resource here^^

You can also harvest the yeast from the bottle if you want the exact strain, will just take some time to grow up to a healthy pitch

I've got the dregs of 4 bottles in some 1.020 starter wort. Thanks for letting me know it's live and should grow.

If you could find out, that would be great.
