Drinking slow tonight since I am getting up at 4:45 tomorrow morning to travel to a competition on Long Island. I don't like this all that much. I've never smelled onion in a beer, as many people have said lately, but there's a note of something I don't like in this and I think that's what it is. Could use some more hop flavor, too.

I decided instead of the 1L of 565, I went with a few of the 3711 side. they are higher ABV, but the 565 has more of that farmhouse funk. kinda saving a few of those.
